what a difference a year makes!

I really didn't think Emma had changed all that much until I saw this photo from last June. She has really grown from a baby to a "big kid now." Amazing.

Rick Stump Band

if you have never heard rick stump i highly encourage you to check out his myspace and download some songs, he also has a cd coming out in july called "mission to find me". I just love his music and the passion he puts into his performance. Watch out for this one, he is going to be big! You can listen to his album here.

the prodigals are returning!!!!

ok, they aren't really prodigals but i know a few ppl who would call them that! My friends whom i have missed dearly are moving back into town at the end of july and i am very happy :)

well i'm sure no one checks this!

i totally forgot that i even had this blog so now i am going to try to make some use of it...by the way, i had ethan on aug. 11th and was successful with my vbac...it was an amazing experience. He is fast approaching his first birthday and everyday i am in awe of the tiniest little advances he makes. i try to hang on to all these memories but it is really hard, they really do grow so fast! i've been striving to remember more this time around since ethan is in all likelihood my last child. Kids are a lot of work! don't get me wrong, if i could afford it i would have a bunch of kiddos but realistically 2 is a good number for us. One for each of us! it is funny to see how different the kids are...emma is really a "mini-justin" in all aspects. she is detailed and positive and fun and she is grouchy when she is tired. Ethan is a "mini-me". He eats everything in sight, he is little in height, everyone calls him little man, i call him gremlin(it is endearing i promise), and even though he is only 10 months old i can already see the cynic within. these kids are the best! my favorite thing to do is go in there rooms at night and just sit for a while and listen to them peacefully breathing. every breath is a reminder of how blessed i am.
